Easily Design and Automate Marketing Processes

Introduction

The Idea
Did you ever dream about fully automating marketing and sales? You don't need to wait for a perfect AI tool, but start with designing and automating marketing processes in a natural language of your choice.

We can quickly and easily translate all available knowledge and expertise into simple processes. We don't really need technical people for that. Even a freelancer or an intern is fine.

Then we can reuse and scale these processes by hiring freelancers and doing basic automation whenever it makes sense. Just replace any repeatable step with a call to a freelancer or to an external script. It will require some technical help, but it's still much cheaper and manageable than developing this whole thing in code from scratch.

We perfectly combine team members, freelancers, and software code this way. Even when the freelancer fails or the script breaks, we can instantly fallback to manual execution. It makes this approach highly predictable and scalable.

We not only make use of in-house knowledge but also translate books and courses into processes by outsourcing this boring and routine work to freelancers. Even shallow knowledge is more than enough for the system to be effective and evolve. It's dirt cheap and saves a lot of time!

The big goal is to acquire, accumulate and reuse all available expertise into a fully automated self-learning management system that will grow the business exponentially.

The list of benefits is almost limitless:
  • no need to hire and manage software developers;
  • easily accumulate, preserve, reuse and scale knowledge and expertise;
  • combine expertise of multiple experts;
  • no longer lose expertise when losing people;
  • accumulate and reuse "shallow knowledge" by converting books/courses into virtual experts;
  • find and fix flaws in knowledge and expertise;
  • easily teach new members of your team;
  • don't share more than people actually need to know to do their work;
  • get full control over any process, optimizing it on the fly;
  • leverage your knowledge and expertise by easily outsourcing boring and time-consuming tasks;
  • don't waste time on software developers until it really makes sense;
  • automate as you go, gradually going from general top-level steps deeper into details;
  • save time and money by automating only the most time-consuming and complex tasks;
  • simplify automation by reducing amount of code and having clear requirements for it;
  • reuse simple scripts instead of copying/pasting computer code;
  • get everything under your full control;
  • ... etc.
Accumulating and "quantifying" expertise is hard work. It's called knowledge engineering.

Yes, you are a knowledge engineer if you do this work. And, whenever you are trying to acquire others' knowledge and expertise, you are a genius knowledge engineer, for sure!

You will still need to translate your knowledge into a set of actionable steps which will inevitably reveal your true level of professionalism. It may disappoint because we don't always understand how we do our work, especially with creative tasks.

It's also extremely boring if you don't get instant and measurable results. That's why we strongly advise you to start with demo processes so you can get not just an idea but instant rewards long before you become a knowledge engineer.

Quick Start

Start with a demo!
Knowledge engineering may (and will) be extremely boring if you don't get instant results, that's why we strongly advise you to start with demo processes.

This way you will get a feeling of what it's like to use a process long before you develop yours.

You will also get real-world results from this activity, but only if you take it seriously. Don't just click, but try to do everything that the process asks you to do. You will notice the difference. We guarantee that!

Click here to choose a demo process to run, then open the next section.
After you find a good enough demo process, click a big button at the bottom to sign up and run it.

14-day free trial account enables you to run demo processes and even create and run a few of your own ones. Learn more about packages at our pricing page.

After you sign up, you will get back to the process page and run it.
You can start with inspecting the process in the Design tab to get a brief understanding of it. Click on any of its steps to get more details about it in the right pane.

Then go to the Run tab and click New Session button.

Whenever you run a process, it creates a session. It's like a chat with a process which stores all the history of interactions.

You can view the session log any time and restart the process from any point in time whenever you need to change your decisions and answers.

The log will keep both your old answers and new ones, which enables you to keep the complete history of your interactions with the process.

If you honestly answer all the questions and do everything it asks you to do, you will definitely get some positive real-world feedback!

Then you can try other demo processes or design your first process.
The best way to learn is to break something :)

After you run your first demo process, clone it. Then you can play with it safely, changing it in a way you like and watching what happens because of that.

Just click the "Clone" button at the bottom of the process design tab - it will create your personal copy of it. And, even if you break it, you can still create yet another copy... and another one...
After you finish playing with a copy of the demo process, you can create your own one from scratch.

Click Design -> New Process.

Then add steps and update their settings to get a process you need.

You can find more details about designing processes in the Help section.
